Leicester Rams
Jackson Livestock
has been breeding Border Leicester sheep for 15
years. The sheep are based mainly on Retallack
bloodlines, with an infusion of New Zealand
genetics.
From very
small beginnings we have grown to a flock of
approximately 300 breeding ewes. We have won
Championships at major shows within Victoria and
interstate. Our annual flock ram sale is held on
the last Thursday in October, each year. from
modest beginnings our flock ram sale is now quite
successful.

The Poll Dorset stud
was founded on Armdale and Allendale ewes, using
Armdale sires. recently we have introduced
Derrynock and Hillcroft farm sires, with an
increasing emphasis on growth and carcass
qualities.
